The building was originally built as a residence in the 1970s on one-third of an acre. Over the years it has be occupied as a residence as well as office suites. In 2018, H4 purchased the property, demolished it down to the studs, and created a working office environment for our headquarters. Each office area has a view to the outside which allows natural light in as well as providing views to the outdoors. The office includes a conference room with a table made of salvaged wood, a kitchen, plotter/printer room, and virtual reality lounge. The covered patio doubles as an outdoor conference room and party/gathering space for company events.
